CMA managed the design and construction of a new 10,000 sf public library for the communities of Belvedere and Tiburon in Marin County.

The California Craftsman-style building features an expansive gable roof and the extensive use of natural redwoods.

The library houses a sophisticated data and information system, offering access to the internet, local Marin-net, and standard software applications, as well as comfortable reading and research rooms.

This project was undertaken pursuant to the State Government code for public bidding.
