The Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Energy Services Corporation is a growing unregulated energy services and commodities supplier. CMA assisted the Corporation in assessing its short and long term facility needs, evaluating alternative development approaches, and programming and developing a world class corporate headquarters facility in downtown San Francisco.

CMA was responsible for comprehensive project management including facility programming; conceptual, schematic and design development; site selection; selection and management of the architectural and engineering team; selection of contractor and management of the construction process on a phased and accelerated basis; procurement of long lead items, including furniture, fixtures and equipment; occupancy and move-in services; and the management of temporary occupancies at multiple facilities to respond to immediate growth. The build-out of 80,000 sf was completed on time and on budget.
