Jack London Square, Oaklands premier waterfront development, occupies eight-city-blocks and is comprised of 125,000 sf of retail space, 250,000 sf of office space, parking for 1,800 cars, a marina, hotel, public plazas, fountains, and a public promenade/boardwalk.
The project was master-planned as a unit with the understanding that major components would be financed and constructed separately and could be managed either collectively or independently. CMA principals were owners, planners and developers of the project which was constructed over a 48-month period.
